Do U rmbr ChroniQL?

Thursday, September 27th, 2007

Yes, we’ve changed the name of our flagship product, folks - and just in time for its alpha launch! :) ChroniQL’s application is now known as rmbr (pronounced: remember). Yes, it will all make sense soon enough. Come visit us at www.rmbr.com - we’ll be transitioning the links to this blog shortly as well!

The Week in Review

Monday, September 24th, 2007

TechCrunch was an excellent moment for us at rmbr/ChroniQL. I got to show about 70 people what we have been up to, including some very interesting VCs, journalists and random friends from the industry. There were also some super random-random people in the mix, but it’s always good to absorb the excitement and feedback of potential users as well.

I think we learned some important things about our strategy and the event has helped solidify some of the overarching tactical decisions that need to be made in the coming weeks. And, as rmbr gets ready for its closed alpha launch, we intend to be mindful of all that rich user feedback on a whole other level.

Invitations for the alpha will be going out shortly. Stay tuned!

TechCrunch Begins

Monday, September 17th, 2007

So, I’m standing here in the elegant ballroom of the Palace Hotel in SF. Around me, 49 other companies are getting geared up for the TechCrunch demopit. You don’t need to be a psychologist to know that people are nervous/excited…and I’m right there with them. It’s super fun to be ready to show the product to the world for the first time. Truly. I’m very much looking forward to it. Our developers have worked super hard to get us to this point, and I’m stoked to be here showing this gorgeous application.

And, our advisor and friend Ron Bouganim is graciously going to spot me today when I need bio breaks, etc - so we should be all set on the basic human needs front. :)

I’ll update you later today.

Getting Ready for Launch

Tuesday, September 4th, 2007

So, we’re getting ready for our closed alpha launch in the next couple of weeks, and I’m super super stoked. As a sidebar, we did get into the TechCrunch demopit, so we’ll be demoing the product there to the world for the first time. The date is 9/17 - come see us there!

We’re just compiling our list of our first alpha testers, and putting some of the finishing touches on the product. I’m nervous/excited.
